"Old school" for a Metallica fan means the first four albums a la the 80s, and that's exactly what MetaholicA delivers. When t-shirts had cropped sleeves, riffs were fast and razor-sharp, double kegs clattered and thrash was a new dangerous concept. A live show that will make the audience feel that they actually experienced the time when the giants were at their best. The members are based in Falkenberg, and with many previous bands and projects behind them, they take joint steps to pay tribute to the icons who have taught so many to master their instruments. "We love the energy they gave us, and that got us started playing from the very beginning. This is our way of nostalgically paying back, and channeling Metallica from its heyday."
